Job summary

CCS Facility Services is seeking a diligent janitor to keep client facilities clean, organized, and disinfected. You will perform routine cleaning of floors, windows, and common areas while upholding safety standards and reporting hazards.

The role requires physical stamina to lift up to 50 pounds and the ability to work a 5pm–1:30am schedule, with emphasis on dependable attendance and teamwork to deliver high-quality service to commercial clients.

Qualifications

• Able to follow safety instructions and cleaning protocols.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends if required.

Responsibilities

• Clean interiors of buildings, including floors, carpets, windows, walls, and general areas.
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors in offices, hallways, and common spaces.
• Disinfect commonly touched surfaces such as desks, door handles, tools, and phones.
• Maintain clean restrooms and replenish supplies as needed.
• Manage trash and recycling; keep cleaning supplies stocked and organized.
