Job summary

CCS Facility Services is seeking a reliable janitor to keep workplaces clean, organized, and disinfected. The role requires cleaning floors, windows, restrooms, and common areas, with emphasis on safety and timely task completion.

You will monitor supplies, report unsafe conditions, and follow all safety rules while maintaining cleanliness. The job includes lifting up to 50 pounds and completing tasks across multiple areas in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Clean the interior of buildings, including floors, carpets, rugs, windows and walls.
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors in offices, rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, elevators, stairs, locker rooms and other areas.
• Disinfect desks, door handles, office tools and phones; clean and maintain restrooms; replenish supplies.
• Wash and clean windows and mirrors; empty trash and recycling containers; handle waste disposal and snow where needed.
• Notify supervisors of unsafe conditions and maintain a cleaning chart with areas cleaned and inspected.
