Job summary

Rocky Mountain ATV/MC in Winchester, KY seeks a KY Facilities Custodial Maintenance team member for our Maintenance department. The role runs Sunday-Thursday 3:30pm-12:00am and offers ESOP benefits, tuition and wellness perks, and a strong team environment.

You will clean, stock, sweep, vacuum, and manage waste for the warehouse and offices, with outside winter duties and collaboration with teammates to ensure a safe, respectful workplace.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of custodian responsibilities including cleaning techniques/processes.
• Knowledge of cleaning equipment including vacuuming, sweeping, mopping.
• Knowledge of the qualities and uses of various cleaning and sanitizing compounds.
• Knowledge and experience of cleaning and sanitizing restrooms.
• Ability to demonstrate safety in the workplace and read product labels.

Responsibilities

• Clean and disinfect all areas inside restrooms, offices, showroom, and break areas.
• Stock facilities with supplies.
• Sweep/mop all areas of warehouse.
• Vacuum offices and showroom rugs.
• Remove trash in accordance with established procedures.
• Clean inside and outside of windows.
• Clear debris outside of warehouse and perform winter snow/ice removal.
