Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Inspect facility to identify repair and maintenance needs.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance (filters, belts, lubrication, etc.).
• Troubleshoot and assist with repairs on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Complete basic carpentry tasks including drywall repair, painting, flooring, and door/window hardware.
• Maintain and repair building systems and equipment (motors, pumps, fans, etc.).
• Keep accurate maintenance logs and maintain inventory of tools and parts.
• Perform daily cleaning tasks (sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting).
• Sanitize restrooms, common areas, and high-touch surfaces.
• Empty trash and recycling bins.
• Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces.
• Restock restroom supplies.
• Respond quickly to spills or safety hazards.
• Operate cleaning equipment such as floor buffers and power washers.

Responsibilities

Maintenance & Repairs

• Inspect facility to identify repair and maintenance needs

• Handle cleaning chemicals and equipment safely

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Experience in maintenance, custodial work, or carpentry preferred
• Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, or electrical systems is a plus
• Familiarity with hand and power tools
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various conditions
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Valid driver’s license preferred
