Job summary

CCS Facility Services is seeking a Janitor to keep our facilities clean, organized, and disinfected in a Monday–Friday shift from 6:00pm to 2:30am. You will perform interior cleaning, trash removal, restroom sanitation, and basic maintenance tasks while upholding safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in janitorial services preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Able to work Monday–Friday 6:00pm–2:30am.

Responsibilities

• Clean the interior of buildings, including floors, carpets, rugs, windows and walls.
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors in offices, rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, elevators, stairs, and locker rooms.
• Disinfect commonly used items such as desks, door handles, office tools, and phones.
• Clean and maintain restrooms, replenish supplies, and ensure sanitation.
• Washing and cleaning windows and mirrors.
• Notify supervisors of unsafe conditions and maintain a cleaning chart.
