Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Able to ascend/descend up to 8 flights of stairs.
• Work around hazardous substances with proper PPE.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily cleaning of the facility and grounds, including snow/ice removal.
• Maintain exterior free from graffiti and unsightly conditions.
• Perform routine maintenance inspections and minor repairs.
• Strip and wax floors; replace light bulbs and fixtures.
• Remove debris and trash; manage supplies inventory.
• Assist with deliveries, pickups, and site logistics.
• Secure facilities after hours and report major damages.
