Job summary

ES3 - Engineering and Software System Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Custodial Facilities Specialist to maintain cleanliness in our Engineering offices and Manufacturing facilities.

Responsibilities include cleaning offices, break rooms, bathrooms, and production areas, stocking hygiene supplies, and ensuring a healthy environment. Requirements include experience in cleaning professional environments, effective communication, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds along with a valid driver’s

Qualifications

• Experience in cleaning professional environments, warehouses or production environments.
• Must be able to communicate effectively.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with management and team members.
• Ability to stand, crouch, walk for entire shift.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
• Be self-motivated and keep busy.
• Have an eye for detail.

Responsibilities

• Mop and vacuum floors
• Clean offices spaces (dusting, disinfecting, windows)
• Clean break room/kitchen areas
• Empty trash cans or recycling bins
• Clean spills and disinfect high traffic areas
• Clean and stock bathrooms
• Touch up walls, windows, surfaces
• Dusting building
• Lift and stock cleaning supplies in storage areas
• Re-rack weights and sanitize gym equipment
• Assist in event clean up
• Follow health and safety regulations
• Other duties as assigned
