Job summary

Grapevine-Colleyville ISD Facility Services in Grapevine, TX is seeking a Custodial Lead Supervisor. The role directs district custodial operations, ensuring a safe, clean, and functional learning environment while managing custodial staff.

Shift is 3:30 pm–12:30 am with responsibilities across multiple sites. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, a Texas driver’s license, and at least three years of supervisory custodial experience, plus strong organizational and communication

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Texas driver’s license.
• Knowledge of custodial maintenance and large facility operations.
• Experience supervising custodial or housekeeping staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee schedules and procedures for custodial care of district facilities.
• Inspect buildings and initiate cleaning and repairs as needed.
• Direct and assist in setting up facilities for special events.
• Supervise summer custodial projects and programs.
• Operate and maintain cleaning equipment following safety procedures.
• Maintain payroll information and attendance records.
