Responsibilities

• Supervise daily custodial operations and assign staff to areas of responsibility.
• Ensure proper shift coverage and service delivery across campus facilities.
• Perform routine facility inspections and maintain quality control programs.
• Document deficiencies and track follow-up actions for improvement.
• Monitor supply inventory and submit daily requisitions to purchasing.
• Coach, train, and support team members on performance and safety standards.
• Complete payroll records accurately and on schedule.
• Support special projects and duties assigned by the Director.
