Job summary

Switchgear Power Systems is seeking a Material Handler/Fab Tech for Weekday 2nd Shift at 202 W Enterprise Road, Winneconne, WI. The role involves moving materials to support fabrication, loading/unloading sheets from the laser, and assisting presses and welds. A strong emphasis on safety and teamwork is noted.

Qualifications

• 2+ years fabrication/manufacturing experience and forklift operation experience.

Responsibilities

• Move materials (sheet/WIP) to support fabrication (unload trucks, move material to/from FAB departments).
• Load, unload sheets and parts off laser.
• Assist press brake in bending parts (2-man jobs).
• Assist weld with weldments (tacking, kitting, prepping, etc).
• Finish metal units as needed and/or based on demand.
