Sealed Air Corporation is seeking an Extruder Operator A to support the extrusion line. The role involves set-ups, adjustments, and operating thermoplastic extrusion equipment to produce film or tubes while meeting quality standards.

You will participate in QA testing, maintain safe operations, and be ready to transition to Operator A after training. This is a full-time, on-site position with competitive benefits and a shift premium.

Qualifications

• Experience in extrusion is preferred.
• Must have basic computer skills.
• Minimum 1 year of manufacturing experience.
• Reliable attendance and safety record.
• Quality orientation and strong performance in current role.
• Willingness to transition to Extruder Operator A after training.

Responsibilities

• Observe safety rules and procedures.
• Monitor scrap recovery control and process instructions.
• Move and position equipment components as directed.
• Ensure proper flow of raw and scrap material.
• Assist with extrusion equipment setup and QA tests.
• Fill in as Extruder Operator A when needed.
