Forks Community Hospital is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide direct and indirect patient care under the supervision of registered nurses and licensed practical nurses. The role requires WA CNA licensure, CNA program completion, and CPR certification, with lifting up to 30 pounds.

Prior extended care or elderly care experience is preferred. The position is full-time with rotating weekends (2:30pm–11:00pm) in Forks, WA, offering a competitive hourly wage and comprehensive benefits.

Competenze

• Able to read and write basic English; other languages preferred.
• Graduate of Certified Nursing Assistant Program with WA CNA license.
• CPR card required; lifting up to 30 pounds; prior extended care or elderly care experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Provide direct and indirect patient care under the direction of RN or LPN.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living and personal care; maintain safety and cleanliness of the patient environment.
• Support for comfort and well-being of assigned patients.
