Great River Health Systems is seeking an evening housekeeping worker to maintain a clean and safe environment across patient rooms, public areas, lounges, and restrooms. Duties include cleaning, restocking supplies, and ensuring hygiene standards are met throughout all hospital spaces.

The role requires stamina and attention to detail; prior cleaning experience is preferred, with good English language skills and the ability to follow safety procedures. Weekend/holiday rotations may apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred.
• Good English language skills.
• Time management and ability to work independently.
• Ability to bend, reach, and lift as required.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Clean patient rooms, restrooms, lounges, and public areas to hospital standards.
• Collect trash, recycling, and manage linen as needed.
• Clean floors, surfaces, windows, fixtures; disinfect and sanitize.
• Restock supplies, replenish dispensers, and make beds as needed.
• Follow safety and chemical cleaner procedures; handle equipment properly.
