Job summary

FUN.com in Elsmere, KY is hiring 50+ Equipment Operators for a seasonal warehouse role. Training is provided to safely operate order pickers and reach heights up to 25 feet. The job runs through October, offering a chance to earn extra money during Halloween peak season.

Ideal candidates stay active, enjoy independence while contributing to a team, and adapt quickly to fast-paced, changing priorities. Starting wage is $15.25 per hour with future increases.

Qualifications

• Experience setting and meeting goals is required.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet expectations.
• Ability to work independently and with others with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to learn, adapt to changes, and become equipment certified.
• Strong problem-solving, verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfort with lifting up to 100 pounds and standing for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Operate an order picker to keep inventory balanced and overstocked properly.
• Complete special projects as assigned by Inventory management.
• Use a handheld scanner for inventory processes.
• Maintain a clean, organized warehouse; practice safe habits.
• Understand inventory flow from arrival to departure.
