Job summary

Fun.com, Inc. is seeking 50+ Equipment Operators to work in our Elsmere, KY warehouse. This seasonal role starts at $15.25/hour with a $2 premium for machine operation after training, and an additional pay increase on 09/06/2026.

Training is provided to learn safe operation of order pickers and high-reach equipment. You will be part of a fast-paced team, staying active, and contributing to Halloween-themed fulfillment.

Qualifications

• Experience setting and meeting goals.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
• Ability to work independently or with minimal supervision.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be 18 years or older to train on equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate an order picker to manage overstock and pick orders.
• Complete special projects as assigned by Inventory management.
• Use a handheld scanner for inventory tasks.
• Maintain a clean, organized warehouse.
• Practice safe work habits and understand inventory flow from arrival to departure.
• Other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Operate an order picker to ensure that product is properly overstocked
• Complete special projects as assigned by Inventory management team
• Use a handheld scanner to perform inventory related processes
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse
• Practice safe work habits
• Have a full understanding of how inventory is handled at Fun.com from arrival to departure
• Other duties as assigned

Wage:

Starting at $15.25 (+2 for machines once trained) + increase on 09/06/2026

Requirements

• Experience setting and meeting goals
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Ability to work both independently and in group settings without direct supervision
• Self-motivated and open to rapid change in priorities and procedures
• Possess superior problem-solving skills
• Possess good verbal and written communication skills
• Able to move, lift, carry, push, pull and place objects weighing up to 100 pounds without assistance
• Able to reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
• Able to stand on your feet for the duration of a shift
• Maintain punctual, regular and consistent attendance
• 18 years of age or over (to train on equipment)

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience operating material handling equipment (forklift, reach truck, turret truck, order picker)
