Winter hours for this role are 2:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. from November through April, with a weekly shift differential of $2.00/hour.
As an Equipment Operator, you will perform highway, roadway, and structure maintenance, including operating heavy machinery for snow removal, installing and repairing signs and guardrails, and keeping roadways hazard-free. You will also conduct building and ground maintenance, routine vehicle repairs, and paperwork documentation. Training and supervision will be provided for construction duties.

This role requires availability within 30 minutes for emergency work, including after hours, weekends, and holidays. Employment is contingent on background checks, drug screening, medical exam, and other standard procedures.
