Job summary

Orlando Health Lake Mary Hospital is seeking an Environmental Tech II for the second shift to support the LMH Environmental Services department. You will clean and disinfect patient rooms, restrooms, and common areas, while adhering to safety and infection control standards and using Bed Management systems to coordinate room turnover.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED (preferred) and about two years of healthcare support or related experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Two years of experience in healthcare support services, EVS, hospitality, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Responds to inquiries or complaints from customers using designated engagement techniques.
• Cleans and disinfects patient rooms and areas daily using designated cleaning procedures.
• Accesses and uses department technology systems such as Bed Management systems.
