Job summary

Corewell Health seeks an Environmental Service Technician at Lakeland Hospital Niles to clean and disinfect patient rooms, remove linens and waste, and maintain floors and upholstery. No prior experience is required as training is provided to help you grow in this role.

You will collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery, including assisting visitors and navigating the hospital as needed; part-time evenings with 16 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training provided.
• Preferred public service or customer service experience in hospitality, hospital, environmental services, or janitorial settings.

Responsibilities

• Clean and disinfect patient rooms, offices and ancillary areas per procedures.
• Remove linens and waste; stock supplies in assigned areas.
• Maintain floors, carpets and upholstery; assist with equipment/ supplies.
• Communicate with team to ensure continuity of services.
