Job summary

Gadsden Regional Medical Center is seeking an Environmental Service Worker I tokeep a clean, safe environment on the evening shift (2pm–10:30pm). You will perform cleaning, floor care, and waste management while adhering to infection control and safety protocols to support patient, staff, and visitor well-being.

Responsibilities include sanitizing areas, maintaining floors, restocking supplies, handling waste, operating cleaning equipment, and assisting with minor repairs.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of cleaning or environmental service experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Cleans and sanitizes assigned areas per infection control standards
