Sentara CarePlex Hospital in Hampton, VA, is seeking a dedicated Environmental Services Supervisor for the 2nd shift with oversight of the 3rd shift. The role supports the manager in planning, organizing, and coordinating activities to maintain a clean, safe environment and excellent service standards.

Qualifications

• 1 year of Supervisory experience (Required).
• Previous housekeeping/ESD experience (Strongly Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Assist the manager in planning, organizing, supervising, coordinating and controlling department activities.
• Provide assistance as a technical resource and participate in hands-on work.
• Contribute to department success through effective work coordination and resource management.
