This is a full time, evening (2nd) shift position with rotating weekends. The Senior Environmental Services Technician plays a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for patients, staff, and visitors. This position combines hands-on service with functional supervision of environmental services staff to ensure high-quality standards are consistently met in assigned areas. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining assigned areas and equipment in clean and orderly condition, ensuring an appropriate and sanitary environment. As a leader within the Environmental Services team, you will also provide training, guidance, and support to colleagues, contributing to a positive and collaborative work culture.
High School Grad or Equivalent
1 year of previous housekeeping/ESD experience can be considered in lieu of High School education
Experience: 2 years of housekeeping/ESD experience (Required)
Previous leadership or team lead experience (Preferred)
Housekeeping/Environmental Services experience in a hospital setting (Preferred)
