Advocate Health’s Fond du Lac Campus in Wisconsin is seeking an Environmental Services staff member for full-time shifts, Monday to Friday, 3pm–11:30pm. You will train staff, manage daily workflow, and ensure clean, safe patient care areas using floor care and cleaning equipment.

Excellent attention to safety and teamwork are essential. Responsibilities include supporting operations, inventory management, and adherence to infection control policies.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in environmental services
• No formal education required
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment and follow safety procedures
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a healthcare setting

Responsabilités

• Train and orient staff; direct day-to-day work and monitor progress
• Assist with interviewing and staff development; interpret policies
• Clean and maintain rooms, floors, and surfaces using cleaning equipment
• Use cleaning products safely; reference MSDS as needed
• Set up rooms and deliver AV equipment for meetings
• Clean patient care areas, restrooms, lobbies, and other facilities areas
• Handle waste disposal and linen inventory; maintain supply levels
• Report mechanical failures or unsafe conditions to supervisor
