St. Peter's Health Partners is seeking an Environmental Aide for Samaritan Hospital on the Evening Shift. This part-time role supports a clean, safe patient and visitor environment aligned with our mission and values.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, basic English literacy, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Prior housekeeping exposure is helpful; we offer shift differentials and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Read, write and speak English at a minimum 6th grade level.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
• Basic cleaning and sanitation knowledge.

Responsabilités

• Candidate must lift, pull, and push up to 50 pounds; dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize.
• Thorough room cleaning: follow training policies; ensure areas, fixtures, and surfaces are cleaned daily or as assigned.
• Comply with infection control policies and procedures.
• Maintain good working relationships and communicate with other departments, residents, families and staff.
• Report problems to Housekeeping Supervisor while performing daily routine.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Housekeeping Supervisor or Director.
