Job summary

Pace is seeking a Scientist in Mount Juliet for an environmental testing laboratory role. You will conduct hands-on analysis of air, water, and soil samples using chemistry and biochemistry methods, ensuring data integrity and quality across projects.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Chemistry or Biochemistry or related STEM field, with Pace providing training and PPE. You will work Sunday through Thursday, 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM, with comprehensive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or other STEM field.
• Ability to work in a laboratory environment and wear PPE.
• Training provided by Pace.

Responsibilities

• Perform, support, and oversee the analysis of air, water, and soil samples using established chemistry and biochemistry methods.
• Clean, maintain, and calibrate laboratory instruments and equipment.
• Accurately document procedures, observations, and results to maintain high-quality laboratory records.
