Job summary

Pace Analytical Services LLC in Mount Juliet, TN, is hiring a Scientist to join its environmental testing laboratory. In this role you’ll conduct hands-on analysis, operate GC, HPLC, and ICP, and help ensure the integrity of environmental data that informs communities.

Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry/Biochemistry or related STEM field is required; training provided. You’ll work Sunday–Thursday, 4:00 PM–1:00 AM, with full benefits and a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or other STEM field.
• Willingness to work in a laboratory environment and wear PPE.
• Excellent attention to detail and recordkeeping.

Responsibilities

• Operate GC, HPLC, ICP instruments and related equipment.
• Analyze air, water, and soil samples per method.
• Review and interpret results; maintain laboratory records.
• Calibrate and maintain instruments to ensure data quality.
