Job summary

Staffmark is hiring an Engineering Technician in Manor, TX. You’ll help build, pack, or move products that matter. This is steady work with good pay, benefits, and a team that respects your effort.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Mechanical Engineering (or actively pursuing one), 6 months of experience, and 3-D CAD experience preferred. You should read blueprints, follow schematics, perform diagnostics, and use precision tools in GMP‑compliant environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Mechanical Engineering (or actively pursuing one).
• Minimum 6 months of experience.
• Experience with 3-D CAD systems is preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with the assembly, diagnostics, and testing of complex electro-mechanical systems.
• Supporting design, build, and prototyping of mold and heater assembly tooling and fixtures.
• Performing testing and troubleshooting using schematics, block diagrams, and technical instructions.
• Implementing GMP in assembly methods.
• Creating and streamlining work instructions, manufacturing methods, and training materials.
• Using CAD software to generate detailed models, drawings, and assemblies.
• Following safety protocols in office, manufacturing, and cleanroom environments.
