The Glen Scripps Ranch is seeking a Safety/EMT Officer for a swing shift (3pm-11pm, Wed-Sun; Mon-Tue off) in San Diego, CA. The role focuses on emergency response, door monitoring, and staff training under the Safety Director. Strong English skills and EMT certification are required.

Responsibilities include rounds, equipment maintenance, policy compliance, and professional customer service to residents and staff. Experience with medical response is preferred.

Qualifications

• Current CPR, AED, and EMT certification.
• At least one year of EMT experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to speak, read, write and understand English.

Responsabilités

• Responds immediately to all emergencies at the Community.
• Performs daily door monitoring checks and rounds.
• Assists Safety Director with staff training and mock drills.
• Maintains emergency equipment and supplies.
• Ensures compliance with policies and reports unsafe conditions.
• Demonstrates exemplary customer service to all customers.
