PetVet Care Centers Carolina Veterinary Specialists – Charlotte is seeking an Emergency Veterinary Assistant/Technician to join our busy hospital in Charlotte, NC. You will support patient care, exams, diagnostics, anesthesia, and discharge planning in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant experience in the veterinary field
• Preferred 3–5 years in an emergency setting
• Certified Veterinary Technician (CVT) or LVMT/LVT/RVT preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care by exams, medical records, and nursing care
• Assist during surgery and various procedures
• Maintain medical records and inventory
• Communicate with pet owners about patient status
• Ensure safety and sanitation of hospital areas
