Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• 1–5 years solder/complex assembly experience preferred.
• Ability to read and follow detailed work instructions and drawings.

Responsibilities

• Assemble parts into subassemblies using hand tools and soldering iron.
• Operate voltmeters, fixtures and soldering equipment as required.
• Inspect products to ensure quality and compliance with IPC/J-standards.
• Create NCMR when needed and support root-cause analysis.
• Follow process engineers and supervisors' written and oral instructions.
