Job summary

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Experience with basic electrical systems (e.g., starters, fuses, contacts, relays).
  • Experience with electrical systems (installation, frequency drive, troubleshooting).
  • Experience with product manuals, schematics, and reading mechanical drawings.
  • Must be able to read, write and speak English due to safety sensitivity.

Responsibilities

  • Perform preventative maintenance on advanced production equipment.
  • Repair and adjust equipment per manufacturer specs.
  • Diagnose malfunctions and perform complex repairs.
  • Mentor and support less experienced mechanics.
  • Oversee outside contractors on assigned line.
  • Change line for packaging changeovers.
  • Enforce GMP, safety, and audit standards.
  • Document work schedules and tasks completed.
  • Work independently under limited supervision.
