Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a technical discipline is required or preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of work experience as a trainer in industry or related enterprise is preferred.
• Ability to design curriculum and learning experiences, communicate effectively, and coordinate with plant supervisory personnel.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and teach courses in Industrial Technology emphasizing Electrical Maintenance.
• Teach 6-9 credit hours each Fall and Spring semester in the evening.
• Consult with students on an as needed basis.
• Determine course content and curricula in collaboration with division members.
• Demonstrate or utilize technologies useful for instruction and learning management systems.
• Provide student advisement for returning students as necessary.
• Supervise students in on the job training situations.
