Job summary

Tallahassee Memorial Healthcare is seeking an Electrocardiography Technician to support the Cardiovascular Labs on the 3PM-11:30PM shift, with some weekends. Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; vocational/technical degree preferred.
• No prior experience required; 1 year of cardiovascular lab experience preferred; knowledge of arrhythmias.
• Successful completion of Arrhythmia Course within first year of employment.

Responsibilities

• Completes all types of electrocardiograms in hospital areas.
• Responds to CRTs and performs EKGs as needed.
• Performs clerical tasks for Cardiovascular Labs (scheduling, processing reports, logging information).
• Maintains equipment and keeps systems updated.
• Maintains super user status for Pyramis and Vision Premier.
