Merakey is hiring a Direct Support Professional Shift Supervisor for Crafton, PA. The role involves direct care, ADLs, personal care, and community support in our Home and Community Division. Training is provided, no prior experience required, with emphasis on compassionate, reliable service.

Shift details include 2nd shift from 2:00pm to 10:30pm with alternating weekends. This is a non-profit provider dedicated to developmental and behavioral health services, offering benefits and opportunities

Qualifications

• Age 18 or older
• No experience required; paid training provided
• Shifts: 2nd shift, 2pm-10:30pm with alternating weekends
• Location: Crafton, PA

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and support with ADLs
• Assist with personal care, hygiene, mobility, and meal preparation
• Support life skills development, including household tasks and social skills
• Provide community support, transportation
• Promote health, safety, and well-being, including medication support (as trained)
• Complete required documentation, progress notes, and service logs
