Merakey, a leading non-profit provider of developmental and behavioral health services, hiring Direct Support Professionals in Beaver, PA. DSPs provide direct care and support daily living activities in our Home and Community Division.

No experience required – paid training provided. Earn up to $18.00 per hour with Enhanced Pay option. Shifts available: 2nd shift, no weekends. Join a mission-driven team to help individuals build independence and life skills through community engagement.

Qualifications

• No experience required; paid training provided.
• Direct Support Professional role with on-the-job training.
• Strong compassion and reliability required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and support with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Assist with personal care, hygiene, mobility, and meal preparation.
• Support life skills development, household tasks, and social skills.
• Provide community support and transportation.
• Promote health, safety, and well-being, including medication support (as trained).
• Complete required documentation, progress notes, and service logs.
