Job summary

Aspire Living & Learning seeks a Direct Support Professional Lead in Harford County, Bel Air. You will coordinate schedules, supervise DSPs, and ensure compliant delivery of person-centered services to our clients in Maryland communities.

The role requires excellent communication, reliable transportation, and ability to pass trainings. Monday–Friday, 3:00pm–11:00pm shift with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth within a collaborative, mission-driven team.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Must be computer literate to complete electronic documentation.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and able to pass background checks.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are needed.
• Ability to pass required trainings and certifications.
• High school diploma or GED required; related degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate schedules and assign responsibilities to staff.
• Monitor activities and ensure compliance with policies.
• Lead the DSP team to deliver person-centered services.
