Job summary

Dunkin is hiring for a part-time bakery associate in Grand Island, NE. You will prepare beverages and bakery items, frost donuts, bake bagels, and help maintain ingredients and inventory. The role offers a team-friendly environment and opportunities to grow with the franchise.

The position runs in the 3 PM to 7–8 PM window daily, depending on production. You will follow safety and sanitation procedures and contribute to a smooth, guest-focused operation.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced foodservice environment preferred.
• Ability to follow recipes and Dunkin quality standards.
• Strong teamwork and reliability to support a busy shift.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Beverages and Bakery for our Guests.
• Prepare and frost donuts, bake bagels and other bakery items per standards.
• Maintain and manage ingredient inventory, ensuring freshness and proper stock.
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures.
• Keep the baking area clean, organized, and running efficiently.
• Work with teammates to meet demand and keep workflow smooth.
• Assist in other areas of the restaurant as needed.
