Job summary

Dunkin' Donuts is hiring for a bakery/associates role. The position focuses on baking and beverage preparation, ensuring quality standards, and fast, friendly guest service on a daily shift.

Ideal candidates work independently, manage inventory, and support a team to maintain smooth bakery operations while serving guests with a smile. On-site role with evening shifts and year-round availability.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Availability 3 PM to 8 PM daily.
• Must be available every day the location is open (365 days).

Responsibilities

• Prepare Beverages and Bakery for our Guests.
• Prepare and frost donuts, bake bagels, and other bakery items according to Dunkin’ quality standards.
• Maintain and manage ingredient inventory, ensuring freshness and stock levels.
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures.
• Keep the baking area clean, organized, and running efficiently.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet demand and maintain a smooth workflow.
• Assist in other areas of the restaurant as needed.
• Provide excellent guest satisfaction, service speed, and product quality.
