Job summary

BSP Trans, Inc. in Londonderry, NH is seeking a full-time Dockworker and Forklift Operator for the 2nd shift, offering $22–$23 per hour plus a $1,000 sign-on bonus. This hands-on role supports a busy warehouse with weekday hours.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading freight, operating forklifts, and maintaining safe, organized dock operations on a Monday–Friday schedule with a 5:00 PM start. Benefits are provided per company policy.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to pass county background check during onboarding.
• Ability to pass drug test.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload freight trailers safely and efficiently.
• Sort, stage, move, and organize palletized and non-palletized freight.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
• Secure freight inside trailers using load bars, straps, and other equipment.
• Assist with shipping, receiving, freight handling, and dock operations.
• Work safely following OSHA and company procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and productive warehouse environment.
• Lift, carry, push, and pull freight up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
• Perform basic math calculations with or without a calculator.
