Dash Courier & Logistics is seeking a dependable Dispatcher for the 2nd shift to coordinate deliveries, support drivers and customers, and ensure smooth daily operations in Charlotte, NC. This role demands strong communication, problem-solving, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include scheduling deliveries, entering orders via phone and email, coordinating with drivers and customers, documenting records, and assisting with special projects.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• Pass a background check and drug screening.
• Criminal background and motor vehicle record must be acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule courier deliveries.
• Receive, enter, and manage orders through phone, email, and internal systems.
• Communicate with drivers, customers, and team members to ensure excellent service.
• Monitor deliveries and assist with issue resolution when needed.
• Maintain accurate records, notes, and operational documentation.
• Support day-to-day dispatch and customer service activities.
• Assist with operational needs and special projects as required.
