Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year of dispatching, logistics, transportation, customer service, or related field preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills required.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with routing, maps, and geographic areas.
• Comfortable using computer systems and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule courier deliveries.
• Receive, enter, and manage orders via phone, email, and internal systems.
• Communicate with drivers, customers, and team members to ensure service quality.
• Monitor deliveries and assist with issue resolution.
• Maintain accurate records, notes, and operational documentation.
• Support day-to-day dispatch and customer service activities.
• Assist with operational needs and special projects.
