Job summary

StoryPoint Novi is seeking a part-time Dishwasher to support our kitchen team from 3pm to 7:30pm. You will wash and unload dishes, pots, pans, silverware, and utensils, following proper cleaning procedures.

Previous dishwashing experience is preferred but not required. The role emphasizes a friendly attitude, strong teamwork, and good communication as you help maintain a clean, organized dining area for residents and staff.

Qualifications

• Experience in dishwashing or kitchen sanitation is preferred but not required.
• Must be friendly, have a positive attitude and good teamwork.
• Good communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Wash and unload dishes, pots, pans, silverware, china, utensils, and equipment using established procedures.
• Stock soap, towels, and paper products in the kitchen area.
• Perform daily or scheduled cleaning duties in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Assist in scrubbing/mopping floors and sanitizing equipment as needed.
• Maintain a positive team attitude and support the culinary staff.
• Contribute to positive interactions with residents, families, and guests.
