Job summary

Busch’s is hiring a Bakehouse Sanitation Associate for the 6pm-12am shift at our Clinton, MI location. Join a family-owned Michigan team dedicated to food safety, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction.

You will perform dishwashing, sanitation, equipment cleaning, and general station duties while following Busch’s sanitation protocols and safety practices. This part-time, on-site role offers daily pay options and a path to growth within a supportive store environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Able to work in hot, wet, humid and loud environment for long periods.
• Proficient cleaning abilities to meet sanitation standards.
• Ability to read and comprehend labels on chemicals.

Responsibilities

• Load, run and unload dishwasher including washing and sanitizing large equipment in stall.
• Keep the dishwasher and 3 compartment sink clean and report any problems.
• Monitor dishwasher water temperature to ensure sanitary wash cycle.
• Wash and store all equipment in a uniform, organized manner per Busch’s specs.
• Keep dishroom clean and organized during and after service.
• Bag and haul dishroom trash to dumpster.
• Maintain proper workflow to minimize contamination of clean equipment.
• Maintain adequate levels of dish detergents and cleaning supplies.
• Clean food preparation and production areas as required.
