Job summary

Busch’s Inc. is seeking a part-time Bakehouse Sanitation Associate in Clinton, MI to operate and sanitize dishwasher systems, maintain cleanliness of dishroom and production areas, and support safe, efficient service.

The role requires stamina in hot, wet environments and strong cleaning skills, with strict adherence to sanitation standards. Starting wage up to $15.25/hr with experience is offered, plus benefits like 401K matching and Daily Pay.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Ability to work in hot, wet, humid and loud environment for long periods.
• Proficient cleaning abilities to meet sanitation and visual standards.
• Ability to read and comprehend labels on chemicals.

Responsibilities

• Load, run and unload dishwasher including washing and sanitizing large equipment in stall.
• Keep the dishwasher and 3 compartment sink clean and report any functional or mechanical problems immediately.
• Monitor dishwasher water temperature to ensure sanitary wash cycle.
• Wash and store all equipment in a uniform, organized manner according to Busch’s specifications.
• Keep dishroom clean and organized during and after service.
• Bag and haul dishroom trash to dumpster.
• Maintain proper workflow to minimize contamination of clean equipment in facility.
• Maintain adequate levels of dish detergents and cleaning supplies.
• Clean food preparation and production areas as required.
• Maintain floor and drains by following cleaning and sanitation procedures.
• Follow safety practices, including Lockout/Tagout of equipment (adult associates only).
• Demonstrate behaviors that will win guests for life.
• Demonstrate personal accountability for meeting expectations, goals, and quality of work.
• Communicate clearly and in a timely manner and use constructive feedback to make improvements.
• Work together as one team by recognizing accomplishments, demonstrating respect and appreciation, and actively helping others.
• Execute with operational integrity by anticipating problems, taking preventative measures, and adapting to changes that improve our operations or guest experience.
• Consistently follow Busch’s policies and procedures.
