Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic, service-oriented Dish Steward to join our team in Tampa. The role involves cleaning and sanitizing dishes, maintaining the dish area, and supporting other restaurant operations as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of High School education preferred.
• Previous experience in a similar role required.
• Ability to work flexible hours and shifts.

Responsibilities

• Cleans and sanitizes all dishes, glassware, utensils and pots.
• Maintains dish room and dish machine.
• Restocks all dishes, glassware, utensils, pots and pans.
• Removes all garbage.
• Breaks down, cleans and sanitizes the dish machine at the end of the shift.
• Keeps dish and other storage areas clean and organized.
• Assists with cleaning other areas of restaurant as requested.
• Perform various other duties as assigned.
