Job summary

Verland Foundation Inc is seeking Direct Support Professionals to join Moon Clinton House in Moon Twp, PA. This part-time role (40 hours weekly) offers $19.25 per hour, with shifts from 3pm to 11pm. You will provide individualized care to residents with complex needs and support daily living activities in a home environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
• Ability to lift and transfer without restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Enrich and support residents while maintaining a safe, healthy environment.
• Encourage skill development through active treatment activities.
• Implement individualized programs and record observations and daily progress notes.
• Participate in planning social, home, and recreational activities.
• Assist with meals and housekeeping duties, including laundry.
• Transport clients to appointments in Verland vehicles.
• Bathe, dress, and assist clients with personal hygiene.
• Medication administration.
• Other duties as assigned.
