YAI is seeking dedicated direct support professionals for the Brooklyn Float Pool in New York. This role focuses on assisting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, maximizing their independence, and delivering person-centered care in a safe environment.

Schedule: Tuesday through Saturday, 3pm–11pm, at the Brooklyn Float Pool location. Compensation starts at $18.00 per hour, with full-time responsibilities and benefits as per policy.

Qualifications

• Experience providing support to individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred.
• Ability to follow person-centered plans and communicate clearly with teams.
• Willingness to obtain required certifications within 1 year of appointment.
