Responsibilities

• Assist adults with daily living activities, including medication administration, meals, personal hygiene, and transportation to medical appointments.
• Implement individual behavioral plans and teach new skills to clients.
• Encourage community outings and recreational activities based on each individual's preferences.
• Maintain accurate documentation and report health or safety concerns.
