Job summary

REM Community Services, part of the Sevita family, is seeking a full-time Direct Support Professional in Minot, ND, paying $18.25 per hour. Schedule includes evenings and every other weekend. A valid driver’s license and clean driving record are required.

As a caregiver, you’ll assist with personal hygiene, support daily living goals, and help participants engage in community activities while building meaningful relationships in a mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal hygiene and daily living tasks.
• Support individuals with developmental goals like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
• Provide compassionate, patient care and build relationships with participants.
• Help participants participate in community activities and outings.
• Maintain safety and report any changes to supervisors.
