Job summary

A community support organization in Glastonbury is seeking a Direct Support Professional responsible for the well-being and development of individuals supported. The ideal candidate will have a High School diploma, a valid CT Driver's License, and essential physical skills. Responsibilities include promoting inclusion, care planning, and collaborating with staff. IMPACT offers flexible schedules, competitive salaries, health, dental, and retirement benefits. Qualifications

• Must possess essential physical skills to run, lift, and implement interventions.
• Have or be able to obtain CPR/First Aid, PMT, and DDS Medication Administration Certification.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of job experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow agency policies to promote inclusion and emotional growth.
• Ensure the health and development of individuals and collaborate with staff.
• Create and update Positive Behavior Support Plans and ISP goals.
