Job summary

RHA Health Services, LLC is hiring a Direct Support Professional (FT) for Tue-Sat 3pm-11pm to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and mental health/substance use challenges.

You will assist with daily living, community activities, transportation, and personal care, while documenting services and upholding confidentiality. A High School Diploma/GED and 18+ are required; CPR training and valid driver’s license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Advocate for individuals’ human, legal, and civil rights.
• Promote health and safety by supporting wellness initiatives and accident prevention.

• Facilitate community engagement by accompanying individuals to work, recreation, and social events.
• Teach and support independent living skills, including household management and personal care.
• Provide transportation for appointments, errands, and community activities.
• Maintain accurate documentation of provided services and support.
